"When we first started this journey after moving to Texas. We had met with two different agents, and they didn’t really listen to our needs and concerns.
They pretty much looked for the bottom dollar, and the last one before Lucy acted like they didn’t even want to work with us and never sent us any listings or contacted us back.
Then the very first time that we spoke to Lucy on the phone, she was very attentive and asked us questions. Afterwards, she explained how her process works and how her team would also be involved throughout the whole process.
We started looking at houses with Edith, but Lucy was right there doing work for us and others at all times. We found a house, and initially it wasn’t going as planned. So we pulled out of the deal.
Lucy was right on top of it and had us look at some other houses. We found another house and made our offer, but the builder wouldn’t work with us to make the deal. There wasn’t one that fit and seemed like it would be home.
Unlike the first house that we pulled out of and Lucy noticed that after we pulled out, they went and dropped the price more. She asked if we wanted to try and approach them again since we really liked that house.
They agreed with our offer, and we started the process again. After a lot of work, we finally closed. We could not have done this if it weren’t for Lucy and her team, who treated us like family throughout this whole process.
Thank you for all your hard work and dedication throughout this process. You guys are amazing, and right before Christmas, we have our home sweet home!!!
